Grooming with patience, hygiene and plenty of calm words

Golden Paws grew out of a simple idea: a trip to the groomer should be a pleasant experience, not a stressful one – for the pet and the owner alike.

Every dog arrives with their own story, habits and fears. That is why the first visit always starts slowly – getting acquainted, sniffing around the room and a few quiet minutes without any tools. Only when the pet shows they are ready do we move on to bathing, drying and trimming.

Hygiene comes first. Tools are disinfected after every pet, towels are changed for every appointment, and cosmetics are chosen to suit each skin and coat type. We do not use harsh products and we never rush.

If your pet has sensitive skin, is afraid of the dryer or has a health condition we should know about, please let us know before the appointment. We are happy to adapt the treatment.
